No refunds after 14 days or exchanges after 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition with tags and/or boxes, accompanied by purchase receipt. No return or exchange on used or custom print product. All items purchased at sale prices are final. Manufacturer defects may be subject to supplier inspection before a credit can be issued. A depreciation value may be deducted on any refund/credit when the product is used beyond 60 days. No warranty on goalie gloves, we cannot be responsible for abrasion that results from normal use. For shoes, we are unable to guarantee fit. Please check the fit of your shoes inside your home prior to use. Shoes worn even once will NOT be accepted for a refund or exchange. No returns or exchange on books, dvd's, under garments, and socks.
If you wish to return or exchange an item contact us with your order # and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may also visit us at 777 Warden Ave., Scarborough, ON.
If product arrives damaged, we ask that you send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging, alongside any relevant details to email@example.com.
Products will normallly be shipped within 36 hours. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.
